Fierce 2018!!!

EN: 2017 has been a particularly hard year for Fierce Cult. By the end of the year Sergio, THE SEED funding member, decided that due to personal reasons he didn't want to be in the band anymore. Obviously this was the most unexpected and devastating news that we could take at the time, after 10 years of touring, writing music, having lots of fun and growing up together, one of the pillars of THE SEED's sound was gone for good.

A couple of days after receiving the shocking news, Molano and myself had a band meeting and after evaluating the situation we decided to consider this as an opportunity and bring everything we made with THE SEED a step further and create the most dark, twisted and brutal music we have ever made, and that is what Fierce Cult its all about, a new and improved unstoppable killing machine.

So right now, as we are writting new music for the upcoming Fierce Cult's debut album, we are also making some auditions for both replacing Sergio on the bass and also trying with a second guitar player. So far, auditions are going great, we have met really tallented musicians, and right now we are really close of reaching a final decission.

So keep an eye on our news section as very soon we will be anouncing the new members of the CULT...

SP: 2017 ha sido un año especialmente duro para Fierce Cult. A finales de año, Sergio, miembro fundador de THE SEED, decidió dejar el grupo por motivos personales. Obviamente, esta fue la noticia más inesperada y devastadora que hubiéramos podido recibir en ese momento, tras 10 años de girar, componer, de pasárnoslo de puta madre y de crecer juntos, uno de los pilares que constituían el sonido de THE SEED se iba para siempre.

Un par de días después de recibir la noticia, Molano y yo tuvimos una reunión en la que tras evaluar la situación decidimos considerar esto como una oportunidad para llevar todo lo que habíasmo hecho con THE SEED un paso más allá y crear la música más oscura, retorcida y brutal que hemos hecho hasta ahora, y esto es de lo que se trata Fierce Cult, una nueva y mejorada máquina de matar imparable.

Por lo que ahora, mientras seguimos escribiendo temas nuevos para el próximo álbum debut de Fierce Cult, estamos haciendo pruebas para encontrar a la persona idónea que sustituya a Sergio al bajo, además de estar haciendo pruebas para incluir una segunda guitarra en el grupo. Hasta el momento, las pruebas están yendo muy bien, hemos conocido a músicos increíbles y realmente creemos que nos encontramos muy cerca de tomar una decisión final.
